Terms of service

General Terms

  • All work are for personal use only. For comercial use, please message me beforehand.

  • Commissions are on a first-come, first-served. If you need a commission before the deadline, let me know on the form and I'll let you know if I can make it on time.

  • I do not take rushed orders.

  • I can decline the commission if I am not comfortable with it or if I feel that I don’t have the capacity/ability to complete it.

Copyright and Use

  • I have full rights to art. That is, I have the right to use these commissions for self-promotion.

  • Please, when you post it, give credit to my Twitter/X or Instagram (@IceG_Art)

  • You are not allowed to change, modify, trace without my permission or take credit for the art.

Payment

  • Payment in advance. Once we have talked about the commission and after receiving the payment I will add you to my to-do list.

  • The prices are NOT negotiable. Not accepted: barters, cards or equivalents. Paypal payment only.

  • Once the sketch/lineart is made, refunds are not accepted.

Process

  • Once the project starts, you will receive process updates as photos/screenshots or with a watermark

  • The time required will depend on the type and complexity of the commission. This can be anywhere from a couple of days to months.

  • You only have 3 free changes in your commission, once you finish your free changes I will charge you +10% for each change you want to make. In addition, once delivered, you have only 10 business days to make the changes.

  • Upon completion, the order will first be delivered an example with a watermark. If approved, the full version of the commission will be sent via email or discord in the indicated sizes and formats.
